Step 1: Contact Form + Phone Call

We begin with a brief phone call—an easy, no-pressure way to connect and discuss your date, your story, and your vision. From there, if it feels like the perfect fit, we’ll move into a full consultation and begin designing your experience.

Step 2: Discuss More Detail & Booking

Following our initial call, we’ll meet via Zoom or FaceTime to refine your timeline and vision. From there, you’ll receive a private booking link with your custom proposal, contract, and wedding questionnaire. A retainer secures your date, with flexible payment options available until the final balance is due 30 days before your celebration.

Step 3: Your Celebration

When your day arrives, my focus is on crafting an intentional, artful record of your story. Whether it’s an intimate mountaintop vow exchange, a micro-wedding with your closest guests, or a private renewal of promises, every detail is approached with the same care and editorial eye. My role is to preserve the quiet moments, the meaningful details, and the emotions you’ll want to relive for a lifetime.

Step 4: Delivery & Legacy

Within two weeks, you’ll receive a curated sneak peek on the blog to relive and share the highlights of your celebration. Your complete gallery will be delivered within 8–12 weeks, featuring hand-edited, full-resolution JPG images. You’ll have private download access for both the bride and groom, as well as shareable access for family and friends.

Step 5: Heirloom Extras

While your digital files are always yours to keep, many couples choose to elevate their memories beyond the screen. From handcrafted albums and fine art prints to gallery wraps and custom wall pieces, every option is designed to preserve your legacy with beauty and intention. These upgrades are available after your gallery delivery, allowing you to select what feels most meaningful for your story.

Your wedding day deserves to be documented with the same artistry and care, no matter the guest count.
I specialize in intimate celebrations—weddings with fewer than 40 guests, elopements, and vow renewals—where every detail and emotion can be felt.

Coverage begins at $600 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Travel begins at $50 per hour.

A second photographer may be added starting at $100 per hour.

Custom collections are designed based on your needs, location, and season.

I intentionally limit the size and length of weddings I accept, focusing on celebrations with 4 hours of coverage or less. Larger weddings or full-day coverage may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
