Your senior year is an exciting time filled with milestones and new beginnings! My goal is to capture this unique season in a way that reflects who you are, creating timeless images you’ll cherish for years to come.
Step 1: Inquire & Connect
Start by submitting an inquiry through my website. We’ll find the perfect session date, and I’ll provide all the tools you need to feel prepared, including outfit ideas and a style guide. If you’re a morning person, we can plan for soft morning light, or choose golden hour for that dreamy evening glow.
Step 2: Session Planning
Once your date is set, we’ll plan all the details—locations, outfits, and more. I specialize in outdoor settings, but studio options are available in Windsor or Longmont. Together, we’ll curate a Pinterest board to capture your vision and help you feel prepared for your session.
Step 3: The Session
On the day of your session, I’ll guide you through poses and prompts to bring out your personality and confidence. Whether you're dressed in your favorite outfit or incorporating props that reflect your interests, we’ll create natural and polished portraits.
Step 4: After the Session
After the session, I’ll deliver a gallery of basic proofs for you to review. From there, you’ll select the hand-edited images you’d like to keep. Each selected image is carefully retouched to ensure you look your best, with options for additional edits like removing severe acne or sunburn.
Senior portraits should reflect your unique style, interests, and accomplishments. At Heather Lilly Photography, I specialize in creating personalized sessions that capture this exciting milestone—whether you’re looking for timeless portraits, adventurous outdoor shots, or modern, high-fashion vibes.
